Roll & Rebound 07
The 8-week-training "Roll&Rebound" contains of 8 courses with a duration of 60 minutes of each course. Each course has a warmup part, a main part and an end. Also each course has a specific topic. The courses build up upon each other and therefore it is advised to keep the order. Exercises will be repeated within courses so that the participants can learn them and practice them also at home by themselves.
In this course there is a continuous fascial training for the lateral fascial line from all three areas: Fascial Release, Fascial Stretch and Rebound Elasticity. It makes sense to repeat known exercises to improve and internalize them, but new exercises are also introduced.
