Course
Roll & Rebound 04
The 8-week-training "Roll&Rebound" contains of 8 courses with a duration of 60 minutes of each course. Each course has a warmup part, a main part and an end. Also each course has a specific topic. The courses build up upon each other and therefore it is advised to keep the order. Exercises will be repeated within courses so that the participants can learn them and practice them also at home by themselves.
The 4th lesson starts with partner exercises as warming up. The main part is about fascial release with fascia tools like roll and ball. The exercises start with the feet and are oriented upwards on the body. It is recommended to follow this order. The lesson ends with mobilization exercises.
