Course
Roll & Rebound 02
The 8-week-training "Roll&Rebound" contains of 8 courses with a duration of 60 minutes of each course. Each course has a warmup part, a main part and an end. Also each course has a specific topic. The courses build up upon each other and therefore it is advised to keep the order. Exercises will be repeated within courses so that the participants can learn them and practice them also at home by themselves.
The topic of the complete second lesson is Rebound Elasticity. Since it is about springy movements, we start with a little step aerobics as warm up. In the main part there are various exercises for both the lower body and the upper body.
