Course
Roll & Rebound 01
The 8-week-training "Roll&Rebound" contains of 8 courses with a duration of 60 minutes of each course. Each course has a warmup part, a main part and an end. Also each course has a specific topic. The courses build up upon each other and therefore it is advised to keep the order. Exercises will be repeated within courses so that the participants can learn them and practice them also at home by themselves.
This first course is about the introduction to fascia training. In the main part there are exercises from all main areas of fascia training, rebound elasticity, fascial release and fascial stretch. This shall explain the participants what fasica training is, but the selected exercises are easy in order not to frighten the participants in the beginning.
