This exercise combination contains many exercises for core stabilization and arm support strength.
Moving Moments YOGA is a modern way of practicing YOGA in the Group Fitness area, tailored to the average European needs. In an introductory phase the participant is mentally prepared for the course. A sun salutation is used as warming up. In the main part a flow is practiced, which can be repeated at the end with a continuous finale. At the end of the lesson there is a relaxation part.
