JUMPING INTERVAL
Jumping is a motivating, effective course concept that is suitable for every participant. Jumping courses are intensive and energetic because they include the interplay of fast and powerful jumps, highly dynamic endurance training and targeted strengthening sessions. Heike and Danijela from SAFS&BETA show you an interval class with warm up, alternating strength and endurance units and a stretching part at the end.
