Complete full body workout course with equipment, that you can use complete or some ideas only. All main muscle group exercises combined in easy to teach sequences. Classical movements including technique and explanations.
This course starts with a warmup without equipment. In the workout exercises Małgorzata uses ankle weights to challenge the leg muscles, dumbbells for arm and shoulder muscles, the HeavyBar for several part sof the body in standing and sitting position and also MaxiTubes. In the final stretching it is shown how Yogastraps can give a good support.
