FREEK®STEP FUN is a new concept exclusively on fitnessschool.tv that is especially designed for step beginners. All necessary steps are introduced in the warm-up section. The choreography part consists of symmetrical parts, each 16 counts long, which are built up very carefully and logically. You can enjoy these parts and with enough repetitions, the cardio training effect increases. Optionally you can repeat the parts together, as Carla shows in the final of this course. And if you can't get enough, you can also take the bonus part at the end. Here the fun is more important than the complexity of the choreography! This way you get new step lovers in your classroom. Let's FREEK®!
