FREEK®STEP FUN 06

FREEK®STEP FUN is a new concept exclusively available on fitnessschool.tv that targets especially step beginners. It introduces all needed steps in the warmup, so that everybody who has not done step before can join and also enjoy this course. The choreo consists basically of symmetric parts of 16 beats each, which are taught logically and very structured. These parts can be enjoyed during many repetitions, which results in a nice cardio training for the participants. Parts can also be repeated together, but that is optional and only advisable when your participants can follow easily. The goal is to simply have fun! That is the way to get new step enthusiasts to your course room. Let's FREEK®!
