Fascia exercises 02
for problems with the groin
This course is about fascia training , especially for the groin. Judith shows you exercises out of 3 areas of fascia training: fascial release, fascial stretch and rebound elasticity. You get tips and hints, for your participants having problems in the groin area. The fascial release exercises will be done with the Blackroll, a small ball or similar tools. All other exercises will be done without equipment.
This is not a complete course, but gives you insights in a specific topic. You don't need to perform these exercises in this order or combination, but you can integrate them in your warmup or cool down as you want.
