OPEN CHEST
If you spend a lot of time sitting at a desk and working with a computer, you should specifically counteract a bent-over posture with exercises to open up your chest. Miriam presents a selection of exercises for this purpose. You can choose individual exercises or do the whole workout set. Each exercise is performed for about 2 minutes. The videos guide you through the workout in real time and are without music this time, so you can play your own favourite music during the workout.
