BODYGRIP 08
BodyGrip is a license-free group fitness program that includes classic elements of barbell training such as deadlifts, squats and related exercises. The difference to other programs, however, is that two interval units are also included in the training. There are no licenses to be paid for by the trainer or gym. Bodygrip's music is perfectly matched to the exercises and can be purchased from Move Ya in the webshop. An easy-to-understand training plan and illustrative videos help the trainer to better understand the process. BodyGrip offers all trainers who no longer have a license for other programs the opportunity to design their classes freely and dynamically.
