BARBELL 03
In this barbell course with Olga and Olga you get a well balanced full body workout that also integrates exercises with single barbell weights, a higher step and a mat. Olga starts with a warmup in which you can check your participants and see their level. At the end there is a cool down section. And in between you have the blocks focusing on the main muscle groups. Show your participants what is important before each block and then let's go!
