FUNCTIONAL HIIT
Israel presents you a challenging bodyweight HIIT workout that will get your heart rate up. There are 6 exercises presented and explained. They range from relatively easy to challenging. These exercises are used in interval training, 30 seconds active phase, 15 seconds rest. At the end you can do a full HIIT workout for about 10 minutes, with 2 sets of each of the 6 exercises. This exercise video is available with and without background music.
